Agility and Fitness

  • Physical Education: Agility and Fitness:  6th, 7th, and 8th Grade

This course is designed to introduce students to a variety of exercises that will develop key areas of health and fitness. Main areas of focus include cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, speed, agility, balance, and coordination. Students will learn proper technique and will follow a conditioning program that is realistic and attainable.
